AIDS Resources, Information & Services of Santa Clara County (ARIS) is the largest AIDS/HIV education and service agency in Santa Clara County. Through staff and volunteers it provides services for the majority of Santa Clara County residents with AIDS, as well as for people who are HIV positive, their families and loved ones.

Provides hot lunches for adults over 60, socialization, entertainment, transportation, information, and outreach to homebound seniors.

Meals on Wheels

Seven breakfasts and seven frozen meals are delivered each week to homebound seniors throughout Santa Clara County who are unable to cook or shop for themselves. Operated through a partnership between Santa Clara County Social Services Agency and the Council on Aging of Santa Clara County.

Next Door, Solutions to Domestic Violence

Provides proactive and progressive solutions to domestic violence, including counseling, emergency shelter, and affordable transitional housing to individuals and their families who wish to escape abusive environments.

Second Harvest Food Bank
Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, in partnership with more than 450 nonprofit agencies, provides food, information & supportive services to hungry people and serves as a central clearinghouse for donated food.
